Live at TD Place Saturday and Sunday, Skate Canada presents the Canadian Tire National Skating Championships. Events are taking place all day Friday, from 12:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., on Saturday, from 10:45 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. On Sunday, at 2:00 p.m., an exhibition gala takes place, including the Hall of Fame Induction of Richard Gauthier & CanSkate Challenge. If you’re looking for fun outdoors, check out Animal tracking on snowshoes at Gatineau Park. Every weekend until March 12. In English: Saturday at 1:30 pm; Sunday at 10:30 am In French: Saturday at 10:30 am; Sunday at 1:30 pm. What animal made these tracks in the snow? How do animals survive in the winter? Take a free guided snowshoe hike with a nature interpreter, and find out. Snowshoes are provided for this free, two-hour activity.
