Hunt Club Road, at number seven, and Carling Avenue, in a tie for eighth, have made it to this year's edition of the CAA's "Ontario's Worst Roads" list.
Last year, none of the capital's roads made the dubious honour roll.
The survey puts Hamilton's Burlington Street East as the worst in Ontario this year.
The CAA says more than three thousand roads were nominated this year, the highest since the campaign began.
The president of the Ontario Road Builders Association, Geoff Wilkinson, said the list shows that regular maintenance, needed to extend road life, isn't being done in many municipalities.
Wilkinson said maintenance is just as important as building new infrastructure.
