The Ottawa Police Robbery Unit is investigating after a downtown convenience store clerk was robbed at knife point.
According to police, the suspect walked into the store on Rideau Street near William around 11:15 p.m. on January 9th.
Police say the man took out a knife and demanded cash before taking off.
There were no injuries.
He is white, 25 to 30-years-old with brown facial hair. He was wearing a grey winter jacket, grey hooded sweater and a red t-shirt at the time of the robbery.
