Ottawa Police say four people have been arrested after an officer spotted a man wanted on a warrant near a west-end strip mall Friday afternoon.
Police say the man was in a car with three others at around 1:15 p.m. in the area of Baseline and Fisher.
The suspect tried to drive away, but was forcibly blocked by a police car in the parking lot.
A brief foot chase ensued, ending with the four arrests.
There is no word on charges at this time.
