A coroner's inquest has been ordered to examine the death of a 61-year-old construction worker near the Canadian War Museum.
Rejean Bernier was pinned underneath a tandem trailer in July of 2014.
He suffered severe head and chest injuries.
The inquest - set to begin March 7 - is mandatory under the Coroners Act.
A jury will examine the circumstances surrounding what happened and make recommendations aimed at preventing a similar death.
