The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario wants a jail sentence and a fine levied against an Ottawa woman accused of practising medicine without a license.
The motion alleges Eve Stewart continues to illegally offer medical care.
In 2014, Stewart was banned from offering Botox and other treatments at her home-based clinic on Viewmount Drive.
But the college alleges she has resumed such treatments.
In their motion, the College says three patients reported to their doctors last spring that Stewart was continuing her work.
It then sent in an undercover investigator to confirm the claims.
College lawyers want Stewart declared in contempt of court, jailed for at least 30 days, and fined an amount at least equal to the profits she's made from the treatments over the last three years.
They also want a strict list of conditions imposed.
The motion will be heard in Ottawa court on April 13th.
