OPP in Fort Francis, Ontario have activated an Amber Alert for a child allegedly abducted from Rainy River, in the north-west of the province.
Two-year-old Eva Kaminski is described as white with blue eyes, and long blonde hair, 3'2" tall. She was last seen wearing pink penguin pajamas.
The suspect is Brad Farand, a 36-year-old male described as white with brown eyes and hair, 6' tall and 250 lbs.
He has tattoos on his forearms reading "Nicole" and "Teagan", and is said to be driving a 2012 black Dodge Caravan with Ontario plates CBX S626.
He was last seen traveling westbound on Highway 11 towards Emo, Ontario.
