Bolt Adopts Cheetah

The fastest man in the world has adopted the fastest sprinter in the animal kingdom.

Usain Bolt of Jamaica has adopted a cheetah cub, paying nearly $14,000 for the animal.

The cub, named ‘Lightning Bolt’ will be raised at an animal orphanage in Nairobi, for an additional $3,000.

Bolt, a three-time Olympic gold medalist, is trying to boost conservation efforts in Kenya, which is home to many endangered species.
